We were approached by the Weber Economic Development Corporation (WEDCo) to develop a campaign to attract employees to Utah. At that time unemployment in the state was extremely low and employers in Weber County were looking for candidates to fill empty positions. Pinnacle Marketing Communications Inc. developed the foundwork.com concept, carried out the appropriate market research, designed the website and created advertising billboards to direct people to the website. We also monitored the website for success and reported back to the client on a monthly basis.
